  We provide personal training and group fitness classes designed for anyone over 50 who wants to live a longer, healthier, and more energetic life.
 
The best way to do this is to take care of ourselves.
Science has shown that the true “fountain of youth” is exercise (both for our body and our mind). Our mission is to provide a way for everyone to move a little more today than yesterday and HAVE FUN DOING IT!

The Quick 3
1.  When are classes offered?
Classes are scheduled daily, Monday - Saturday. Start times are 9:30 am and 10:30 am. Our evening classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.
 
2. How much are classes?
We offer a variety of price options depending on your goals, focus, and budget. The first 5 Group Fitness Passes are Free!  See the link under "Ready to Start?" below to claim your Free Days.  
 
3.  I am not sure what class is appropriate for me.  How do I decide?    
 
The description of each class is below to help you decide what may be appropriate for you, OR

Cresswind Membership Pricing 
 
Gold Pass: 
        6 Month Gold Group Fitness  $75.00/month    
        3 Month Gold Group Fitness  $80.00/month     
        1 Month Gold Group Fitness  $90.00/month
 
Includes unlimited days: 1 Class/Day plus one guest pass each month and the ability to “freeze” your membership for up to 4 weeks.*  There are no refunds for unused days.
 
 
Silver Pass:
         6 Month Gold Group Fitness  $65.00/month  
         3 Month Gold Group Fitness  $70.00/month  
         1 Month - No contract             $77.00/month
 
Includes 12 Classes/Month (One class/day).  There are no refunds for unused passes.
 
Bronze Pass:
           5 Class Pass    $60.00    
              (valid for up to 3 months, no refunds for unused passes)
 
 
Drop-In Rate (1 pass)    $15.00
 
 
Add-Ons 
      Platinum:                 $32.00/month 
           Provides up to an additional 12 classes to use for a second class each day.
 
      Unlimited Online Access:   $15.00/month
            Access to all of our online workout programs and classes
 
      Diamond Addition:            $40.00/month* 
           All benefits of Online and Platinum Add-ons, 3 additional class passes, one Free guest pass each month,  and discounts on special classes, workshops, and trainings (both in person and online), including a $5.00/session discount on regularly priced personal training sessions (cannot be combined with other discounts). 
 
*If paying by Bank Draft or credit card, this membership is discounted by 40%
 
We are participating members with UnitedHealthcare’s Active Renew Fitness Benefit and Blue Cross/Blue Shield FitOn Fitness Program. Both programs will pay for Group Fitness Memberships.   Please see our directions below on how to access these benefits.

We are "In-Network" with both UnitedHealthCare's "Passport Select" and "ActiveRenew" (Medicare/Medicaid) as well as Blue Cross/Blue Shield's "FitOn Health" program.

Once your information is verified,  we will send you a welcome email to our program. This email will also contain a link to sign our Membership Waiver.
 
BCBS Membership is our Gold Pass, which allows you to attend up to 24 group fitness classes each month (one per day). BCBS pays us directly at the end of each month for your participation.

Fitness Center Orientations

 
Fitness Center Orientation Sessions are offered throughout the year.   Each session is approximately 45 minutes long.  You will learn how the equipment works, general safety measures while using each item, and how to fit the equipment to you for the best results.  
 
This is not a training/workout session, but you are welcome to use the equipment as we move through the center.

Personal Training Sessions

We offer Personal Training Sessions, Semi-Private Training Sessions, and Small Group Fitness Training.  
 
Personal Training
     Work one-on-one with one of our certified personal trainers.  Each session is 45 minutes long.  You can set up a one-time drop-in session or commit to your overall health and receive discounted session pricing.  This is best for you if: 1. You are new to working out in a fitness center and are unsure what to do, 2.  You have limitations (medical or physical) and need professional assistance in creating a plan; 3.  You have a specific goal in mind and want someone to hold you accountable! 
 
Semi-private Training
      These sessions are for 2-3 people who are generally at the same fitness level and have similar goals.  These sessions are 45 minutes long. You work alongside your training partner(s) with one trainer in a supportive team.  These are great for individuals with the same schedule and goals.  Sessions are less expensive than one-on-one training. 
 
Small Group Training
       Small group training consists of one instructor working with a group of three to six clients. These sessions are 45 minutes long and conducted by a certified personal trainer.  Keeping the group to a 6-person max allows the instructor to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.
 
It’s no secret that small groups are considered a more cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of a more personalized workout. However, in addition to not breaking the bank, small group training has been shown to increase camaraderie, accountability, and success for individuals in the group.
