We provide personal training and group fitness classes designed for anyone over 50 who wants to live a longer, healthier, and more energetic life.
The best way to do this is to take care of ourselves.
Science has shown that the true “fountain of youth” is exercise (both for our body and our mind). Our mission is to provide a way for everyone to move a little more today than yesterday and HAVE FUN DOING IT!

1. When are classes offered?
Classes are scheduled daily, Monday - Saturday. Start times are 9:30 am and 10:30 am. Our evening classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.
2. How much are classes?
We offer a variety of price options depending on your goals, focus, and budget. The first 5 Group Fitness Passes are Free! See the link under "Ready to Start?" below to claim your Free Days.
3. I am not sure what class is appropriate for me. How do I decide?
The description of each class is below to help you decide what may be appropriate for you, OR

Fitness Center Orientations

Fitness Center Orientation Sessions are offered throughout the year. Each session is approximately 45 minutes long. You will learn how the equipment works, general safety measures while using each item, and how to fit the equipment to you for the best results.
This is not a training/workout session, but you are welcome to use the equipment as we move through the center.

Personal Training Sessions
We offer Personal Training Sessions, Semi-Private Training Sessions, and Small Group Fitness Training.
Personal Training
Work one-on-one with one of our certified personal trainers. Each session is 45 minutes long. You can set up a one-time drop-in session or commit to your overall health and receive discounted session pricing. This is best for you if: 1. You are new to working out in a fitness center and are unsure what to do, 2. You have limitations (medical or physical) and need professional assistance in creating a plan; 3. You have a specific goal in mind and want someone to hold you accountable!
Semi-private Training
These sessions are for 2-3 people who are generally at the same fitness level and have similar goals. These sessions are 45 minutes long. You work alongside your training partner(s) with one trainer in a supportive team. These are great for individuals with the same schedule and goals. Sessions are less expensive than one-on-one training.
Small Group Training
Small group training consists of one instructor working with a group of three to six clients. These sessions are 45 minutes long and conducted by a certified personal trainer. Keeping the group to a 6-person max allows the instructor to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.
It’s no secret that small groups are considered a more cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of a more personalized workout. However, in addition to not breaking the bank, small group training has been shown to increase camaraderie, accountability, and success for individuals in the group.
