We provide personal training and group fitness classes designed for anyone over 50 who wants to live a longer, healthier, and more energetic life.
The best way to do this is to take care of ourselves.
Science has shown that the true “fountain of youth” is exercise (both for our body and our mind). Our mission is to provide a way for everyone to move a little more today than yesterday and HAVE FUN DOING IT!

1. When are classes offered?
Classes are scheduled daily Monday - Saturday. Start times are 9:30 am and 10:30 am. Our evening classes are on Monday and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.
2. How much are the classes?
We offer a variety of price options depending on your goals, focus, and budget. The first 7 days are Free! See the link under "Ready to Start?" below to claim your Free Days.
3. I am not sure what class is appropriate for me. How do I decide?
The description of each class is below to help you decide what may be appropriate for you, OR

Fitness Center Orientations

Fitness Center Orientation Sessions are offered throughout the year. Each session is approximately 45 minutes long. You will learn how the equipment works, general safety measures while using each item and how to fit the equipment to you for the best results.
This is not a training/workout session, but you are welcome to use the equipment as we move through the center.

Nutrition Program
We are pleased to have partnered with Evolution Nutrition to bring a Healthy, sustainable nutrition program for anyone interested in continuing a health and wellness journey.
Our program offers a wide variety of nutrition programs, including Gluten-free, Low-Glycemic, D.A.S.H. (hypertension), Vegetarian, Paleo, and a variety of other options.
